SHIPPING AND RETURNS
At Monarch Skincare, we know how important it is for you to receive your products as quickly and safely as possible. We offer shipping options to suit your needs, including UPS Ground for most orders within the continental United States, and USPS Priority Mail for certain exceptions. Please note that UPS does not ship on weekends and the day the package leaves our warehouse is not counted. If you have any questions regarding shipping times, please contact us at email@example.com before placing your order.
We will ship your products within 1-2 business days (excluding holidays and sales). You will receive updates on the delivery status of your package throughout the shipping process.
We're excited to provide our medical-grade and cruelty-free skincare formulations to customers worldwide. We offer a flat rate shipping fee of $20 for all international orders, which will be shipped via UPS within 1-2 business days of ordering (excluding holidays and sales). Please contact us if you have any questions regarding your international order. Please note that additional duty fees or fees associated with shipping outside the continental US are not our responsibility.
While we do our best to ensure that your package arrives in good condition, we understand that accidents can happen during shipping. If your package is damaged, stolen, or missing, please file a claim with UPS/USPS and contact our customer service team at firstname.lastname@example.org to resolve the matter.

We understand that occasionally, situations may arise where you may need assistance with your purchase. However, please note that all sales are final at Monarch Skincare, and we do not accept returns or exchanges except in cases of product defects or shipping errors.
DAMAGED PRODUCTS POLICY
If you receive a broken or damaged item, please contact our customer service team at firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days for a replacement. We will respond with the appropriate return and/or exchange instructions.
